How much is it?
€48, once: €29 for 12 months of the One plan and €19 for the Noumee NFC card. Shipping in Italy is included.
Does it renew automatically?
No. It’s a single payment. After 12 months they decide whether to continue with One; if they do nothing they go back to Free, at no cost, and keep their profile.
What if they already have Noumee?
If they have One from a gift or set up by hand, the 12 months are added to what they have. If they already have a subscription, the plan’s value (€29) comes off their next payments.
Can I give it now, without waiting for the card?
Yes. You get the gift code by email as soon as you pay: forward it or write it in a card. The card still goes to the address you chose.
Where do you ship?
Only to Italy for now. We’ll email you when the card ships.
Can I cancel the gift?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase and as long as the code hasn’t been activated: write to support@noumee.me for a full refund. If the card has already shipped, it needs to be returned.
